Full Time - Work From Office

- Initial consultation: Meeting with the couple to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for the wedding.
- Budget management: Creating a budget based on the couple's requirements and helping them allocate funds to different aspects of the wedding.
- Venue selection: Assisting the couple in finding and selecting a suitable wedding venue that fits their style and budget.
- Vendor coordination: Sourcing and managing vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, DJs, decorators, and other service providers. Negotiating contracts and reviewing vendor proposals.
- Timeline and scheduling: Creating a detailed timeline and schedule for the wedding day, including the ceremony, reception, and other events. Coordinating with vendors and ensuring everyone is aware of the schedule.
- Guest management: Assisting with guest list creation, RSVP tracking, and coordinating accommodations for out-of-town guests if needed.
- Wedding logistics: Handling logistical aspects such as transportation, parking arrangements, and ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.

Full Time - Work From Office

- Floral Installation: Coordinating with the wedding planner or venue staff to schedule and set up floral installations at the ceremony and reception venues. This includes arranging centerpieces, installing floral arches, decorating staircases, and other requested floral installations.
